Calls are paid from your Prepaid Balance. There are no plans and no seats. The bigger a single recharge, the cheaper every minute it pays for.

Bigger recharges, cheaper minutes
Each recharge is kept as its own lot with the discount it earned. Minutes are paid from the oldest lot first, so a call can be paid partly from one lot and partly from the next. The discount covers every per-minute charge: agent minutes, message calls and forwarded minutes. The balance never expires. Recharges are non-refundable.
04Tax and billing
GST, invoices and the fine print
- GST
- Prices exclude GST, which is charged on the recharge. Every recharge gets a GST invoice.
- Minimum recharge
- The smallest recharge is before GST.
- Billing
- Calls are billed in blocks. The rate for a call is fixed when it starts.
- Expiry
- The balance never expires.
- Refunds
