Recharges are non-refundable
Prepaid Balance recharges are non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance cannot be moved to another account or exchanged for cash.
You tick an acknowledgement of this on every recharge, and we keep a record of it. For automatic recharges you tick it once, when you set up the mandate, and that acknowledgement is recorded on every recharge the mandate makes.
- 02
The balance never expires
Your Prepaid Balance does not expire, whether or not you use it.
- 03
GST and invoices
Prices exclude GST. Each recharge is charged its value plus 18% GST (CGST and SGST inside our state, IGST outside it), and a GST invoice is issued for every recharge, by email and in the dashboard. Add your GSTIN before you recharge if you want to claim input tax credit.
- 04
Amounts
The smallest recharge is ₹500 before GST. Online recharges can be up to ₹10,00,000 each.
- 05
Silver and Gold lots
Each recharge becomes its own lot. A single recharge of ₹50,000 or more is a Silver lot and pays for per-minute usage at 5% off; ₹1,00,000 or more is a Gold lot at 10% off. A lot's discount is fixed when it is created; the thresholds on the pricing page are the ones in force.
Lots are used oldest first. Number rent and extra lines are always charged at full price. The statement shows the list price, the discount and the amount paid for every entry.
- 06
Debt
If a call costs more than the balance left, the shortfall is recorded as debt. Your next recharge settles the debt first, at face value, and nothing new starts while there is debt.
- 07
Payment problems
If your bank was charged but the recharge does not appear, write to support@call2all.in with the payment reference. We check it with the payment gateway and credit it once. [Handling of genuinely duplicate payments to be confirmed by the owner.]
- 08
Closing your account
Unused balance is not refunded when an account is closed or suspended.
