What you can raise
- How we collect, use, keep or share your personal data, or a request to see, correct or erase it.
- A call you received from a call2all customer that you did not want, or that broke our Acceptable use policy.
- Content or conduct on call2all that you believe is unlawful.
- Anything else about the service that our support team has not resolved.
- 03
What to include
- Your name and how to reach you.
- If you received a call: the number that called you, the number it called, and the date and time. We can find the call from these.
- If you are a customer: your account email, and any call id or request id from the dashboard or the API.
- What happened, and what you would like us to do.
- 04
How quickly we answer
We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it. [Counsel to confirm these timelines, and any shorter ones for particular kinds of complaint, against the current text of the Rules.]
If you are not satisfied with the decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up under the IT Rules. [Counsel to confirm the appeal route and period.]

Stopping calls to you
You do not need a grievance to stop calls. Every outbound call made through call2all offers an opt-out: say so to the agent, or press the key the message tells you to. Your number then goes on that business's do-not-call list.
