Service and transactional calls only
Use call2all for calls a person expects from a business they deal with: appointment reminders, order and delivery updates, confirmations, payment reminders, callbacks they asked for, and answering their calls.
No marketing. Promotional calls, sales offers, cold calling and lead generation are not allowed. Every campaign carries your statement that it is a service or transactional call; a campaign declared as marketing is refused, and a promotional campaign found later may be stopped (see Enforcement).
- 02
India only
Calls, forwards and transfers go to Indian (+91) numbers only. Transfers to 140 and 160 series numbers are blocked.
- 03
Do-not-call
- Every outbound call offers an opt-out: by voice on agent calls, by keypad on recorded and read-out messages. Opt-outs go straight to your do-not-call list.
- Never call a number on your do-not-call list, and never remove a person's opt-out without their request.
- We do not yet check numbers against the national do-not-disturb registry (NCPR). Checking it is your responsibility.
- 04
Hours and frequency
Outbound calls go out only between 9 AM and 9 PM IST, inside your own calling window, and never on your quiet days or holidays. By default a person gets at most one answered call a day and three a week from your account; you can allow up to three a day and ten a week, never more.

Honest agents
- Do not let an agent pretend to be a government body, a bank, or any business you are not.
- Never have an agent ask for OTPs, card numbers, PINs or passwords.
- Keep the recording notice on unless you have another lawful basis to record.
- No harassment, threats, abusive debt collection, or illegal content.

Enforcement
We may refuse or pause a campaign, block numbers, or suspend an account that breaks this policy. Report misuse to support@call2all.in.
